2. Products and Orders
VornKnives specializes in limited-batch, handcrafted knives. We do not accept custom orders. Products are released in small batches on a monthly basis, and availability is subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on VornKnives.com are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, or any customs fees for international orders, which are the customer’s responsibility. We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods specified at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping
- Within the US: We ship via USPS Priority Mail without a default signature or insurance requirement. You may request a signature or insurance by contacting us at hello@vornknives.com before shipping.
- Outside the US: We ship worldwide using USPS International Priority Mail. International shipping fees reflect actual costs, and customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
- Damaged or Stolen Shipments: Inspect packages upon delivery. Refuse visibly damaged packages and contact us at hello@vornknives.com for a replacement. For hidden damage or theft, file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. We recommend opting for a signature requirement to reduce theft risk.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Non-customized items may be returned with prior authorization within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 45 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns (not due to our error), and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and custom knives are not eligible for returns. Refused packages follow this policy, with additional return costs possibly deducted from refunds. 6. Product Use and Safety
Our knives are designed for specific uses (e.g., tactical, outdoor, or utility purposes). VornKnives is not responsible for any misuse, improper handling, or illegal use of our products. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age and that your purchase complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
