Shipping

Within the US:

We ship all orders within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. By default, we do not require a signature or include insurance for your package. If you prefer to sign for your delivery or would like insurance added, please contact us at hello@vornknives.com to arrange this before shipping.

Outside the US:

VornKnives ships worldwide using USPS International Priority Mail. International shipping costs reflect actual fees, and we strive to charge only what is necessary. Please note that we do not cover customs fees, taxes, or any other charges imposed by your country’s authorities, which will be your responsibility.

Returns and Cancellations:

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every VornKnives purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Non-customized items may be returned with prior authorization within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 45 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns (not due to our error), and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and custom knives are not eligible for returns. Refused packages follow this policy, with additional return costs possibly deducted from refunds. We do not offer credits or exchanges.

Damaged or Stolen Shipments:

All VornKnives shipments are insured via USPS. Inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing. Refuse damaged packages and contact us immediately at [insert contact email/phone] for a replacement. For hidden damage or stolen packages, file a claim with USPS using your tracking number on their official website. We recommend opting for a signature requirement at checkout to reduce theft risk.
